A 25 year veteran of the CPG-Food industry, Adam has spent his career leading winning sales teams and building the sales processes, strategies, and capabilities needed to win in the market.
Starting as a retail sales rep calling on stores, Adam has held 20 different roles of increasing responsibility. Half of his career was spent in traditional CPG sales roles managing retailer relationships like Wal-Mart, Costco, Wholesale, Grocery, and Military. The other half involved creating trade strategies and sales capabilities in both the US and Canada.
Adam brings his clients the experience and market proven results to help develop their trade strategies, capabilities, and sales process & execution. From leading the sales organization calling on Wal-Mart to being responsible for the Trade & Strategic Capabilities for General Mills US, Adam is able to bring real world solutions that can help you win in the marketplace.
Adam is based in Minneapolis, Minnesota. He has an MBA from the University of Minnesota's Carlson School of Business and a Masters of Arts in Theological Studies from Bethel Seminary. He currently serves on the board of the Greater Minneapolis Crisis Nursery as the Vice Chair.
